About The Course
US History 10 is a required course for graduation. We will be studying events in American History from its beginnings until the beginnings of the twentieth century. We will study the colonization of the Americas by Europpeans, American Revolution era, the early American Republic, before moving into the growth of sectionalism leading to Civil War and Reconstruction. We will finish the year looking at the emergence of Modern America with the beginnings of industrialization and urbanization.
